Payment

Rowan currently takes the following payments:

Cash, Credit Card (All credit card transactions have a 3.2% service fee applied).

Tipping is never required but always appreciated. Tip can be accepted in both payment forms, though cash is preferred.

Deposits and Cancellation Policy

Rowan requires a $300 non-refundable deposit in order to secure an appointment. The deposit will be credited towards the final price of the tattoo. You only have an appointment confirmed when a deposit is paid.

By paying this deposit you understand the following: Deposits are non-refundable ( NO EXCEPTIONS) and credited towards the cost of the tattoo. 

Deposits are based on the design agreed to by the artist. Should the design change, a new deposit may be needed. 

NO CALL-NO SHOW will result in your deposit being forfeited. Failure to fulfill your appointment (e.g. You have a sunburn, You are forced to leave before getting your tattoo, you change your mind and walk out, etc) will result in your deposit being forfeited.

Rescheduling

To reschedule an appointment, please give Rowan at least 72 hours notice. Less than 72 hours and your deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is needed to rebook. She allows up to 2 reschedules before another non-refundable deposit is needed to rebook. Should you need to cancel your appointment completely your deposit is forfeited.
